Episode #153 Parenting Improv – dare to suck!

Categories: Feelings & Emotional Intelligence Mom-Care - Self-Care - Parent-Care Raising the Child You Have
Listen To Podcast

Living with kids is a LOT like improv since they aren’t very good at staying on “script”! So, instead of resisting and reacting to the messiness of life-with-kids, let’s meet them where they are and see what happens. Improv techniques are the “see me, hear me, love me” of parenting. Try it for a day and see what happens using these improv techniques: 1, Yes…and; 2. Listen; 3. Commit; 4. Dare to suck. You might find it a lot more fun and just a little liberating from one-right-way parenting.
